The staff was excellent and very attentive and the place was immaculately clean. I enjoyed a safe box, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk in the recently renovated room. The poolside restaurant was pleasant, good service. It was good time in Sausheim.

The location was excellent and unbeatable: a mall and a supermarket were within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent the whole time.

The staff was amiable, particularly attentive all the time. The hotel had a remote position close to the supermarket as well as Mediterranean areas.

It was in a remote setting to local shop. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees where very rude. The booked room was newly decorated and well-organised with bath tub.

The hotel, located just off the motorway, was the perfect stopover on our long journey from northern France to northern Italy. Despite being in an industrial area, the hotel surprised us with its attention to detail and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a large bathroom and a good shower. We were also impressed with the extra cot bed provided for our little one. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a variety of options and was a great way to start our day.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Satisfactory breakfast with a wide range of options, pleasant and fairly clean place. Amazingly nice staff with a good portion of humor. Excellent and perfect location close to airport, nice pool. Right by a pleasant restaurant, public transport and the supermarket. Really nice experience there.

Comfortable quiet and well laid out units with the bathroom, and the staff were affable. The hotel was in a handy location, close to a commercial area.

Clean & comfortable rooms made for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient for my early morning flight. Having a large parking area was also a plus, especially for those traveling by car.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the service in the restaurant fell short, leaving a lot to be desired.

Particularly good location for visiting bars and restaurants.

Very rude staff!

We greatly enjoyed it and did not want to leave there. We ate at a nice restaurant for the food they serve. The extremely friendly and excellent staff provided all the necessary info.

We recently spent New Year's Eve in a hotel just outside of Mulhouse. The spacious rooms were lovely and well prepared. We particularly enjoyed the extensive DVD library available for free in the lobby and the complimentary glasses of bubbly at the New Year's Eve party. The hotel is situated near a bus stop, which made it easy to get around and explore the area. We also liked the large supermarket nearby where we could stock up on snacks and drinks for our room.

The food was average and overpriced, and the service was slow. We also wished the swimming pool had been open later in the evening to enjoy after dinner.

The room was recently refurbished and there were an individual safe, climate control and a sofa bed. The place had a FAMILY atmosphere. The location was decent, specially it was close to a motorway which was useful.

A pleasant and ideal hotel in a good setting with a wide array of little extras. Superb base for exploring Sausheim...

The staff was incredibly nice & welcoming. The room was airy with great beds, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was in a remote setting close to shopping center. Moreover, it's right by the suburbs, Strasbourg and a pleasant restaurant in the neighbourhood. Could be great for an overnight stay.

The unit we got was newly remodelled and good sized with bath as well as a large bathroom.
